EMS CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT

KCC is now utilizing Continuing Ed Tracker (CE Tracker) to update and distribute CHITs. CE Tracker gives users the ability to track training, licenses and have access to CHITs at any time via a computer, tablet or smartphone.

An account is created for all participants upon completion of their first training course. Login information is sent to the email address provided at the time of training. All participants should save this information for future access.

First Time Logging In

The first time you access your account, you should update your password, at a minimum.

On the User Home page, in the User Profile section header, click the Manage/Edit User Profile link on the right-hand side of the header.

Once here, you are able to update whichever information you choose.

The Company field is your License Number. Do not change this field. This is used as a unique identifier to issue CHITs to you. If your license number is not listed in the Company field, please add it.

Change Password

To change your password, follow the above steps to edit your profile.

On the right side of the User Information heading, click the Change Password link.

Your old password will be displayed. Enter your new password and click Submit. Passwords are case-sensitive.

Accessing CHITs

  1. Go to cetrackerlive.com/app.
  2. Log in using the email and password provided in your email when your account was created.
    NOTE: The Account Name is KCC EMS.
  3. You will be taken to the User Home screen.
  4. All courses you have completed will be listed in the Courses section.
  5. Click on the certificate icon in the Certificate column for the training you have completed.
  6. Your CHIT will appear on screen. From here, you can save or print.

Updating/Adding Licenses

CE Tracker allows participants to add/update licenses, however we are not utilizing this option at this time. The state currently allows the tracking of license completion when CHITs are uploaded into their system.

EMS CEU Instructor Course Reporting

All EMS CEU courses must be reported to the training center at least 2 weeks prior to the course date
