Workforce Solutions is the business, industry and job-training arm of Kellogg Community College. The department serves communities through a diverse range of workforce development services and programs. Our service offerings include:

• Contracted-services for business and industry
• The Innovative Accelerated Credentialed Training (iACT) Program, which offers accelerated job-training programs to prepare today’s workforce for a variety of employment needs
• Workforce training grants for employers growing and upskilling their workforce
• Online courses to meet flexible schedules and training budgets
