Kellogg Community College’s Innovative Accelerated Credentialed Training (iACT) initiative is designed to offer short, accelerated training programs to prepare today’s workforce for a variety of employment needs.

KCC’s iACT initiative provides rapid training and services with a simple goal in mind: Help you get a job or pay raise. With iACT, you can quickly become qualified to fill and succeed in a local job. We have career coaches, financial literacy advisors, instructors and employers ready to help. Current training opportunities include:

  • Corrections Connect — taking applications now!
  • Kellogg Advanced Manufacturing Assembly (KAMA) training
  • Nursing assistant (CNA) training
  • Office procedures training
  • Phlebotomy training
  • Retail service training
