TRANSFER STUDIES

Welcome to the Transfer Studies Areas of Study homepage. Areas of Study at KCC in Transfer Studies include:

MiTransfer Pathway Maps

Articulation agreements are transfer agreements between two institutions ensuring that courses taken at one institution will transfer to the other. The below transfer maps provide articulation pathways of courses students can take at KCC that will transfer to many four-year schools in Michigan on their path toward a bachelor’s degree in their chosen field. For more information, visit mitransfer.org.

Can’t find a specific pathway map? Contact Academic Advising for assistance in customizing pathways based on a student’s individual educational goals.

Credit When It’s Due

Did you know you can earn your associate degree from KCC even after you transfer to a university? When students transfer from Kellogg Community College to a university, they can still obtain an associate degree even after they’ve begun their studies at a new college. KCC has reverse transfer agreements in place with Western Michigan University, Grand Valley State University and others so our Bruins can earn an associate degree with the help of credits earned at their university. It’s one more way KCC looks out for our students and makes sure they receive credit when credit’s due.
