Pay Scales

Administrative, Maintenance and Support Staff pay scales are reviewed and potentially updated every July. Faculty pay scales are reviewed and potentially updated every August.

Who We Are

KCC employees are a community of professionals as diverse as the students and cities, towns and villages we support. We also see it in the growth of staff members who utilize tuition reimbursement to complete their education. We see success in the number of professionals who work full-time in a career outside the College and still take the time to educate others through adjunct instruction.
