GOLD KEY SCHOLARSHIPS

The Gold Key Scholarship application for the 2024-2025 academic year will open on December 1 with a submission deadline of March 1, 2024.  For more information or if you have questions about the Gold Key scholarships, please email to kccfoundation@kellogg.edu

Read below for more information about the Gold Key scholarship program.

Graduating high school seniors are eligible to participate in the Gold Key Scholarship Program. Kellogg Community College Foundation Gold Key Scholarships are the College’s most prestigious scholarships, recognizing and encouraging outstanding academic and personal achievement. Funded by several generous private donors, financial need is not a criterion for the Gold Key Scholarship.

This scholarship program is a unique, cohort-based program that supports academic endeavors while also providing customized leadership and development experiences paired with individualized connections with KCC faculty and staff. Be sure to read the Gold Key responsibilities below when considering this scholarship.

The Gold Key Scholarship awards $4,500 for one academic year and can be renewed for a second year at KCC if the recipient maintains program eligibility and scholarship responsibilities (see below). Acceptance of this scholarship nullifies all other scholarship offers from the KCC Foundation. Scholarship can be used for tuition, fees and/or books. Unused awards will not be refunded. This award cannot be used at a different college or university.

All scholarship applications are given equal consideration by a scholarship committee appointed by the KCC Foundation. This committee will review the applicant’s academic records, school and community service activities, volunteer experiences, honors and awards. At the completion of the review process, the committee will select Gold Key finalists to appear for a personal interview before a final determination is made on scholarship awards.

Gold Key Scholarship applicants must:
