AHEAD PROGRAM EVALUATION OF DISABILITY SERVICES
Help disability services in the Center for Student Success stay a step AHEAD!
Disability Services in the Center for Student Success (Disability Services) is the office charged with leading Kellogg Community College in fostering an accessible, inclusive and welcoming experience for students with disabilities. In an ongoing effort to improve services and the campus climate for students with disabilities, we hope you will take a few moments to share feedback based on your experiences.
The purpose of the questionnaire is to understand how effective and user-friendly the Disability Services is and how accessible, inclusive and supportive Kellogg Community College is for students with disabilities. Data from the questionnaire will be helpful in continuing to shape service provision, inform outreach and consultation efforts, and identify needed resources.
The survey will be live March 13-April 7. Estimated time to complete is 10 to 15 minutes, and submissions are anonymous.
Whether or not you have used Disability Services at KCC, your input is valuable and will help us explore ways KCC can continue to make a positive impact on every student’s success.
