Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) are groups of KCC students who share a common interest. Becoming a member of a student organization is a fun way to enhance your student experience, engage with the community, develop critical thinking skills and forge new lasting friendships. You get out what you put in when it comes to your college experience; expand your “outside the classroom curriculum” by getting involved!

Art League

Description: The Art League is a club open to all students interested in expanding their knowledge of art. A variety of activities outside the classroom is offered to encourage greater art appreciation by club members.

Encore Theatre Club

Description: The Encore Theatre Company is open to all students interested in developing theatrical experiences on and off-campus. The goal of the company is to entertain and educate audiences, explore theater, and expose drama to all age groups. Students are encouraged to offer their support and talents to the community.

Environment Club

Description: Members of the Environment Club at KCC are passionate about educating everyone on being green. The club actively works to make KCC a greener facility through help with recycling programs and working with the college to go green. The students are passionate, the programs are educational, and progress is being made every day to create a brighter future for us all.

Kellogg Activities Board (KAB)

Description: The Kellogg Activities Board is a group of students interested in planning activities on campus and being actively involved on campus. The KAB also provides representation for the student body and acts as a liaison between the student body and KCC staff and administration.

The Magpie Club

Description: The Magpie Club exists to allow students a safe, affordable, and supportive environment to have new experiences, such as having a meeting in which we try a new group activity, attending festivals near KCC, to taking trips hundreds of miles away! Our slogan is “Collecting New and Shiny Experiences,” and that is what we are all about.

Mental Health Matters Club

Phi Theta Kappa (PTK)

Description: Phi Theta Kappa is an invitation-only international honor society. Students in the organization must have completed 12 or more semester hours with a 3.5 or higher grade-point average. New KCC students may be invited to provisional membership based on their high school academic achievement and leadership activities.
Pokémon GO Club

Description: Pokémon GO Club is here to foster continued interest in Pokémon GO throughout KCC’s student community. We wish to promote inclusion, healthy lifestyles, and positive mentorship through the activities in Pokémon GO.

Spectrum

Student American Dental Hygiene Association (SADHA)

Description: The Student American Dental Hygiene Association is open to Dental Hygiene students who are attending KCC or any other accredited school of dental/oral hygiene. The purpose of the association is to promote the art of dental hygiene science.

Students of Color Club

Description: The mission of the Students of Color Club (SOCC) is to encourage students to be civically minded where they will engage as members of the community and strive to make the community a better place. Additionally, to encourage students to enhance their leadership skills in order to be an effective leader in any endeavors students pursue. Also, students will work towards academic excellence by committing themselves to their studies and by earning good grades. In addition, students will act in a professional manner and to work hard to earn credentials that will prepare them for the workforce or to transfer to a four-year institution of higher education. Lastly, students will engage in good trouble (Congressman John Lewis) that will spark action and ignite social justice change on our campus and in our communities.

Student Nursing Association

Description: The Student Nursing Association is open to KCC Nursing students. The association’s objectives are to cultivate, promote and sustain the art and science of nursing; to represent and safeguard the common interest of the members of the nursing profession, and to contribute to the improvement of public health.

Tech Club

Description: The Tech Club is the longest running club on campus. It is open to any KCC student with an interest in the science and technology professions. The club strives to increase student awareness by highlighting the need for technicians to stay up to date on current advancements in technology.

True Life Christian Fellowship
