Introducing KCC’s new alma mater—an inspiring anthem created through the collaboration of our talented faculty. The lyrics, written by English Professor Ron Davis, reflect the values that unite our campus community. Music Professor Dr. Gerald Case-Blanchard composed the original melody, and Dr. Mark Wells added rich harmonization to complete the piece.

Kellogg Arena doors will open at 6 p.m. for guests and graduates.

Please enter through the main Box Office entrance (located on the rear side off Jackson Street, adjacent to Festival Market Square).

Ceremony begins at 7 p.m.

KCC has recently instituted royal blue caps and gowns, so prior years’ regalia (2023 or older) may not be worn. Purchasing your cap/gown at KCC’s Bruin Bookstore can be done in-person or you can submit the form via fax at 269-962-0995 or via email at kccbookstore@kellogg.edu by Friday, March 21.

Cap and gown orders will be available for pick up at the Bruin Bookstore May 5-12 during bookstore hours:

• 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays
• 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fridays

Honors Program members meeting all the graduation requirements prior to graduation will be contacted about the Honor Cords. If you have any questions, please email honorsprogram@kellogg.edu.

Members of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society are invited to wear stoles which will be available for purchase in the KCC Bruin Bookstore at the time you pick up your cap/gown (May 5-12).  If you have questions, please email Student Life at studentlife@kellogg.edu.

Your degree program may offer additional regalia; information on those pieces will be communicated with you via your instructors and/or your KCC email.

If you wish to decorate your cap, the Student Life Office will have craft supplies you are welcome to use available starting April 28. Stop by and make your cap your own!

For those looking to continue their celebration beyond the Commencement ceremony, below you’ll find a list of eateries within roughly one mile of the Kellogg Arena. Where possible, reservations are recommended.

Battle Creek Restaurants not listed who would like to celebrate with our newest Bruin alumni are invited to contact the Student Life Office at studentlife@kellogg.edu or 269-565-2634 to be added.

Kellogg Community College is proud to work with AccessVision to once again create a recording of Commencement. This recording will be shared on AccessVision channels and Kellogg Community College’s YouTube page as soon as it becomes available.
